「模糊」傳統的邊界
大埔是一個跟自然接近的地方，我們希望將自然環境的感覺由室外帶到校園裡面，令大家能夠較放鬆地工作。設計上取材於自然的形態如山洞和曲線，曲面的牆身為原有四四方方的空間帶來新的變化，主立面亦用了天然木材質感的飾面。以 Smart Flim 將醫療室及辦公室的界線模糊，令抱恙在床的學生知道有人在附近看顧著他。
簡潔寬敞的空間如何減低校務處職員的工作壓力？
校務處內部重新間隔後，擺脫原有狹小的空間，職員的坐位更加寬敞，同時也有更多地方擺放大量文件，減輕以往的壓迫感。
Blurring Traditional Boundaries
Tai Po is a place close to nature, and we hope to bring the feeling of the natural environment from the outdoors into the campus, allowing everyone to work in a more relaxed manner. The design draws inspiration from natural forms such as caves and curves. The curved walls bring new changes to the originally square spaces, and the main facade uses finishes with the texture of natural wood. Using Smart Film to blur the boundaries of the medical room and office allows sick students resting in bed to know that someone is nearby taking care of them.
How does a simple and spacious space reduce the work pressure of administrative staff?
After reconfiguring the interior of the administrative office, the original cramped space is eliminated. The staff now have more spacious seating, and there is also more room to store a large number of documents, reducing the sense of oppression from before.
接待處的枱面有高低級，特顯學校對高低年班及輪椅人士的照顧。
窗框、枱邊及屏風以弧線來設計。
工作枱比以前更大更闊，工作更方便。
枱的最外部和座位間都有小屏風提供私穏及貼memo的地方。
充分利用空間來增加儲放文件的地方。
窩心醫療室
在醫療室也能感到心安
透過一個大窗戶，使醫療室與校務處連結上，一方面讓校務處職員能夠方便觀察，一方面使學生知道有人在照顧他，雙方都「安心」。為避免小朋友在傳統像診所般的醫療室的不安，裏面的形狀、材料和用色都是天然而柔和。 拱型的天花滲透出柔和的光線，小朋友

Feeling at Ease in the Medical Room
A large window connects the medical room with the administrative office, allowing administrative staff to conveniently observe while letting students know that someone is taking care of them, giving both sides peace of mind. To avoid the anxiety children might feel in a traditional clinic-like medical room, the shapes, materials, and colors used inside are natural and gentle. The arched ceiling lets in soft light, so it’s not glaring even when children are lying down. 校務處和醫療室的分隔牆上設有大玻璃窗，令小朋友知道有成人在照顧自己。
窗戶設有智能電膜功能，保護使用者的私隠。
床設計得比較大, 如有成人需要休息, 亦可以使用此室。
